Most desktops, laptops, tablets, and handheld devices meet VRI Gateway’s minimum technical requirements. That said, we highly recommend verifying that your device’s technical specifications meet these minimum requirements before making VRI calls. We also highly recommend setting Google Chrome as your default browser to avoid possible connectivity issues.*
